Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor safety and operational compliance within the facility
• Inspect equipment conditions regularly throughout shifts
• Execute cleaning and maintenance procedures on machinery
• Sustain ongoing operations in a manufacturing process
• Coordinate equipment transitions for color change tasks
Requirements:
• Secondary education is required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluency in French is required
• Capable of lifting 30 lbs and repetitive movements
• Previous factory experience preferred
