Quality Care Cleaners is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented associate to help customers with garment care and alteration requests. This role involves taking measurements and recording alteration instructions; it does not require performing the alterations.

Responsibilities
Provide friendly and qualified customer service
Receive, inspect, tag and organize garments
Take accurate measurements and document alteration requests
Process payments, pickups and customer inquiries
Perform wash-and-fold services
Iron and finish garments
Inspect completed orders for quality
Maintain a clean and organized store
Support other daily operations as required

Qualifications
Customer service experience is required
Wash-and-fold and ironing experience is preferred
Dry-cleaning or garment-care experience is an asset
Robust communication and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Versatile availability, including some evenings or weekends

Pay: From $17.60 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 24.0 per week
