Stride Physiotherapy & Sports Rehabilitation is looking for a Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for a Physiotherapy Assistant who is energetic, organized, and versatile to work with our patients and is willing to learn how to work with all modalities.

This position requires a background in physiotherapy or rehabilitation, or completion of a Physiotherapy Assistant program. The candidate must be capable of treating patients with various physical conditions under the supervision of a Registered Physiotherapist.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Physiotherapist with treatment of patients.
Perform physical therapy treatments including stretching, modalities, exercises, heating/icing, etc.
Billing and accepting payment for services.




Assist with scheduling of appointments.
Answering routine inquiries via telephone and email
And other general cleaning duties including: vacuuming, garbage and recycling etc.

Skills
Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology is preferred
Outstanding communication skills in person and via email or phone call.
Solid interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor.
Excellent organizational skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $18.00 per hour
