Take a leadership role in employee relations at Swissport Canada, located in Montreal, as the Labour and Employee Relations Manager. Drive strategic HR initiatives in a hybrid work model tailored for operational efficiency. This position directly reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and requires you to apply your extensive knowledge in labour relations within a unionized workplace.

You will guide senior management on employee matters, ensuring consistent applications of policies, and enhancing employee satisfaction through effective strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Train managers on HR policies and collective agreements
Manage the lifecycle of workplace accommodations
Participate in preparing for and attending arbitration cases
Address complaints and initiate resolutions
Monitor trends in employee relations to recommend improvements Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or Industrial Relations
At least 5 years of HR experience focused on labour relations
CHRP designation is strongly preferred
Proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively
Extensive knowledge of Canadian employment laws Influence the workplace strategy and employee culture as part of Swissport Canada.
