Become a Continuing Care Assistant at ParaMed, dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence at home. Your key responsibilities will include personal support and aid in daily living activities. In this full time position, you will travel between clients' homes to provide essential services such as assisting with personal care, meal prep, and companionship.

Deliver personal care and hygiene assistance to patients
Perform several home visits daily for optimal care
Prepare meals and assist patients with eating
Carry out basic housekeeping duties in homes
Foster companionship and emotional support for patients Requirements:
Current CCA designation is required
Proven experience in providing personal care
Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is preferred
Successful completion of a Criminal Background check
