We are looking for a Licensed Paralegal to independently handle accident benefit claims from file opening to full an final settlement, including experience advocating at the License Appeal Tribunal at Case Conferences and Hearings.
The candidate will work alongside the firm's Senior Accident Benefits Licensed Paralegal and will be provided with an Accident Benefits Law Clerk and a shared Productions Clerk.
