You’ll represent the Crown, assess legal situations, and negotiate outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Represent Alberta in judicial proceedings
Review and determine the viability of various prosecution cases
Collaborate with defence counsel on case resolutions
Draft and submit required legal documents for trials
Address disclosure requests efficiently Requirements:
Degree in Law, Criminology, or relevant field
Four years of progressively responsible experience
Valid Class 5 driver’s license or equivalent
Understanding of relevant provincial and criminal laws
