You will be responsible for developing market strategies, managing pursuit pipelines, and ensuring submissions align with our organizational purpose. This role is pivotal in promoting and elevating our design impact across various markets. Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive portfolio understanding for practice groups
Work closely with Chairs on strategic direction and budget




Research and identify key market prospects
Oversee submission processes in CRM and manage win strategies
Plan content and marketing efforts for visibility and engagement Requirements:
8+ years of relevant marketing experience
Post-secondary education in marketing or similar
Robust facilitation and alignment skills
