Responsibilities
Lead engaging Bollywood dance classes for diverse age groups, ensuring a fun and inclusive atmosphere
Develop and implement lesson plans that introduce students to the fundamentals of Bollywood choreography and rhythm
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different skill levels and learning styles
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their technique and confidence
Incorporate cultural elements and storytelling into dance routines to enrich the learning experience
Maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment, encouraging teamwork and positive interactions
Collaborate with colleagues to organize performances or community events showcasing student progress
Qualifications
Proven experience in teaching dance, specifically Bollywood or similar styles
Strong classroom experience working with children or early learners in an educational setting
Passion for dance, performance, and cultural education
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students of all ages
Ability to create fun, energetic lessons that promote active participation
Basic knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus
