Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to shape how colleagues learn, lead and grow. You’ll design and facilitate easy, scalable learning experiences that build capability and respond to real business needs, across Head Office, the Distribution Centre and our stores.
Working with Talent & Culture, TM&OD;, HRBPs and store leaders, you will translate priorities into practical programs, manage our LXP (360Learning), measure impact and drive adoption.
