Responsibilities
Use hand tools and power tools to plant, prune, mow, edge, and maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other landscape features
Assist with designing and installing current garden features such as pathways, patios, fences, or water features
Follow safety protocols when handling tools and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels, pruners,
rakes, and hoes for various gardening tasks
Experience operating power tools including lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws safely and effectively
Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices for gardening and horticulture
Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow detailed instructions
