The role involves building robust data models and leveraging Microsoft and other AI and data technologies to ensure data solutions, accessibility, and usability across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Modeling & DocumentationDevelop models to support AI and automation use cases across MeridianDevelop GenAI and LLM modelsWork closely with data engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholdersAnalyze large and complex, structured and unstructured data, preparing AI-ready data modelsEnsure the accuracy and reliability of data science models, conduct peer reviews of AI and other predictive modelsAI and Data Science Research & DevelopmentResearch, code, develop and implement advanced analytics and AI modelsStay updated with the latest advancements in data science and AI technologiesEnsure AI models have proper documentation and model transparency and that they adhere to responsible AI frameworkCollaborate with data analysts, senior data scientists, and stakeholders to understand and deliver on data requirementsHelp define AI and automation use cases and requirements, assessing technical feasibilityKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceExperience with machine learning frameworks and data mining techniques; nice-to-have:
