This position is ideal for an organized professional who can manage multiple shipments, communicate effectively, and keep daily logistics operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily freight movements and deliveries
Schedule shipments with carriers and partners
Track shipments and monitor delivery status
Resolve transportation and scheduling issues
Maintain accurate shipping documentation
Communicate with customers and internal teams

Requirements
2+ years of logistics or transportation experience
Knowledge of freight and shipping processes
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office




Ability to work effectively under deadlines

Preferred Skills
Experience with TMS or logistics software
Knowledge of Canadian transportation operations
Experience working with carriers or 3PL providers
$52,000–58,000 per year
