Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble ingredients for cooking and meal presentation
Assist in cooking, plating, and serving dishes according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Handle food items safely, following proper food handling procedures
Support the team in meal preparation during busy hours to ensure timely service
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a secure working environment

Qualifications




Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Solid teamwork and communication skills
Basic understanding of food handling regulations and hygiene practices
Willingness to learn current skills and adapt to various kitchen tasks
