We are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department and play an significant role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

This is a great chance for someone who has automotive dealership experience, strong administrative skills, and excellent attention to detail. Experience with warranty administration is an asset, but we are also willing to train the right candidate.

What You'll Do
Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Review repair orders and supporting documentation for warranty compliance
Follow up on rejected, held, or returned claims
Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation
Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Management
Ensure warranty procedures and manufacturer requirements are followed
Assist with warranty audits and claim corrections
Monitor outstanding claims and help ensure timely payment
Provide administrative support to the Service Department as required

What We're Looking For




Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset
Warranty administration experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent computer and data-entry skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently while also being part of a busy Service Department
