Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant setting. This role requires a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow proper serving procedures to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours




Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Solid understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
