Lead cultural transformation at Keyera as the Manager of Learning and Culture. Implement programs that develop leadership skills and enhance employee engagement. As the Manager of Leadership, Learning & Culture, you’ll work closely with HR and organizational leaders to create high-impact learning strategies.

Your role includes assessing cultural needs and designing tailored programs that strengthen leadership capabilities across teams. You will also evaluate program effectiveness to ensure continuous alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
Partner to execute Keyera’s Leadership and Culture roadmap
Develop interventions for organizational health and performance
Facilitate and evaluate leadership workshops and team sessions

budgets, and participant experiences for learning programs
Enhance the impact of Employee Resource Groups on inclusion Requirements:
Bachelor's in human resources or related discipline
At least 10 years of experience in leadership and culture
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in development
Proven skills in facilitation and consulting
