In this role, you'll provide administrative and operational support across Quality, Production, Sales, and Purchasing while helping ensure our day-to-day operations run efficiently.If you enjoy working in a quick-paced manufacturing environment, are passionate about organization and problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative team setting, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoCoordinate quality-related activities, including production rejections, inspections, and non-conforming material.Support customer and mill claims alongside the Technical Service Coordinator.Manage outside processing orders from quotation through reconciliation and costing.Maintain inventory records and process material transfers and production postings.Support production scheduling by updating schedules and distributing production documentation.Prepare reports, analyze data, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.Provide cross-functional support and backup for other Customer Service functions as needed.What We're Looking ForExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
