Line Cook

We’re looking for a reliable, well-rounded cook to join our team. This is a hands-on role in a quick-paced kitchen, working across stations and contributing to a consistent, high-quality service.

What we’re looking for
3+ years of kitchen experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
Solid fundamentals — knife skills, timing, organization
Solid work ethic and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction

Nice to have
Experience with higher-end or from-scratch kitchens
Comfort working multiple stations
Oyster shucking
Interest in developing butchery or seafood skills
