Harris Meats & Groceries is a local staple in Winnipeg. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality cuts and exceptional service to our community. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Meat Cutter to join our team at our Arlington Street location.

What You Will Do:
Cut, trim, bone, and portion meat (beef, pork, poultry) according to company standards and customer requests.
Operate standard industry equipment safely, including bandsaws, meat grinders, and slicers.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace in accordance with food safety regulations.
Receive, inspect, and stock meat deliveries, ensuring optimal inventory rotation.
Provide friendly service to customers at the counter, answering questions about different cuts and preparation methods.

Job Types: Permanent, Part time, Full time Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate
Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
meat cutting: 1 year (preferred)
