Play a key role in maintaining fleet efficiency and customer satisfaction across Canada. This role involves overseeing all aspects of fleet preventative maintenance, from intake to invoicing.

You will manage schedules and maintain customer relationships through regular updates and meetings. The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented, organized, and skilled. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the preventative maintenance schedule efficiently
Schedule repairs and manage compliance
Review invoices and issue purchase orders
Communicate regularly with customers for updates
Carry out additional assigned responsibilities Requirements:
At least 2 years in customer service
Solid invoicing and financial understanding
Previous fleet environment experience preferred
Heavy-duty truck/trailer industry exposure preferred
