Drive impactful international education programs at UHN. This full time managerial position emphasizes effective logistics and participant experience support in Toronto. As the Manager of International Education Programs, you will operationalize TAAAC's educational offerings by overseeing program delivery and participant logistics for faculty and learners traveling to and from Ethiopia.

Your role will encompass budget management, compliance documentation, and the facilitation of essential resources. You will also be the contact point for a significant number of participants each year, ensuring they have a seamless educational journey. Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage operational plans for TAAAC’s programs
Oversee the financial aspects of program operations




Facilitate communication and support for UofT faculty participants
Coordinate educational activities for Ethiopian learners
Travel to Ethiopia for program support and participant engagement Requirements:
Master’s Degree in relevant discipline required
Over 6 years in international education program management
Experience in coordination across African educational programs
Proven track record in compliance and project management
Solid experience in financial management systems Lead the evolution of international education at UHN, enhancing experiences for faculty and learners alike.
