Become a key player in AI technology at Astera Labs as a Principal Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer. Lead the design of critical circuits that facilitate high-speed data processing and reliable connectivity. In this impactful role, you will be responsible for designing high-performance analog/mixed-signal circuits that enable the seamless transfer of data in up-to-date data centers.
As a technical leader, you'll mentor junior engineers and lay down best practices in analog design while ensuring robust performance against challenging specifications. This is a unique prospect to drive innovation in an expanding field. Key Responsibilities:
Design high-speed analog mixed-signal circuits like DACs and PLLs
Oversee design from schematic to layout and validation
Develop designs focusing on performance, power, and area efficiencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for full-chip solutions
Define test plans and validate against design objectives Requirements:
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering required
Minimum of 8 years in analog/mixed-signal IC design
Proven experience with high-speed circuit designs
Familiarity with industry-standard design tools
