This position involves performing crucial laboratory procedures while driving continual quality improvements and innovation. Execute standard embryology procedures like oocyte processing and embryo culture
Perform advanced laboratory techniques including ICSI and biopsy
Maintain high standards for quality control and assurance protocols
Manage laboratory equipment and troubleshoot technical issues
Work closely with reproductive endocrinologists and genetic counselors Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in an IVF laboratory setting
Master’s or PhD in Embryology or a similar discipline
Advanced knowledge of embryo culture systems and cryopreservation
Solid organizational and analytical abilities
