Point Hope Maritime in Victoria, BC seeks a Process Improvement Engineer to own day-to-day continuous improvement in a live shipyard. You will document processes, run end-to-end projects, collect data, and demonstrate measurable perks to leadership.
Based in a full time, in office role within the HSSEQ function, you’ll work with the General Manager, Operations Manager, project managers and trades, spending substantial time on the shop floor to ensure changes stick.
