Job SummaryYou are a Project Coordinator with 1-5 years of experience working in multi-disciplinary commercial and residential construction projects. As an integral part of the project team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing project strategies in collaboration with the Project Manager. You will support the operations team in maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Essential ResponsibilitiesSupported project health, safety, and environmental compliance by implementing project safety procedures and maintaining OH&S standardsManaged RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and inspection scheduling to ensure timely project coordinationMaintained project documentation, filing systems, drawings, and correspondence within the document management systemAssisted with project billing, cost tracking, and administrative coordination for project start-up and closeoutCoordinated change order pricing, subcontractor documentation, and purchase orders for Project Manager reviewTracked project milestones, schedules, and quality control requirements to support successful project deliveryPrepared project closeout documentation, including warranties, O&M manuals, turnover packages, and archived recordsQualifications1-5 years of related work experience or combination of relevant education and experienceCompleted post-secondary education in Construction, Engineering or related discipline an assetWorking knowledge of construction documents, drawings,
