This role ensures proper tracking, storage, and replenishment of materials and supplies whilemaintainingcompliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The Inventory Specialist plays a key role in operational efficiency by minimizing shortages, reducing excess stock, andmaintainingaccurateinventory data.RESPONSIBILITIESOversee inventory levels to ensure essential supplies are consistently available to support airport operationsConduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy against system records and resolve discrepanciesMaintain detailed and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management softwareCoordinate with procurement andlogisticsteams to order and receive suppliesin a timely mannerEstablish andmaintainefficient inventory control systems, including tracking and automated reordering processesCollaborate with maintenance, operations, and other departments to understand inventory needsMonitor usage trends tooptimizestock levels and forecast future inventory requirementsDevelop strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimize wasteEnsure stored items meet safety, quality, and regulatory standardsGenerate regular reports detailing inventory levels, usage trends,
