Be a key player in transforming project delivery as an Integrated Project Delivery Advisor with Tiree in Alberta. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding project owners on selecting delivery models and building high-performing teams. Your efforts will support Lean construction practices aimed at improving project outcomes and ensuring value for all stakeholders involved. Key Responsibilities:
Advise on project delivery selection and IPD readiness
Facilitate partner selection for project teams
Manage project costs and performance indicators
Develop supportive governance for explicit decision-making
Conduct collaborative working sessions to enhance team alignment Requirements:
Extensive experience with IPD projects
Experience with municipal or broader public-sector clients
Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies
Effective communicator and facilitator
