In this pivotal role, you will lead training initiatives from Learning to Train to competitive levels, ensuring alignment with the Long-Term Athlete Development framework. Collaborate with fellow coaches to build a supportive workplace that fosters growth and success in athletes. Key Responsibilities:
Design annual training programs tailored to athlete needs
Provide top-notch coaching at races and events
Develop volunteer coaches through training workshops
Maintain a safe training workplace through adherence to protocols
Communicate training plans effectively to all stakeholders Requirements:
NCCP Coaching Certification (to be obtained within 8 months)
Minimum 5 years of XC coaching or competition experience
Valid Standard First Aid Certification
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
