The role reports to the Operations Manager.Role OverviewThe Project Technologist, Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation (EDR), supports a wide range of environmental assessment and remediation projects related to property transactions, redevelopment, and regulatory compliance. This role works closely with Project Managers and senior technical staff to deliver Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, as well as provide support on Record of Site Condition (RSC) work, and remediation and monitoring programs across Ontario and Quebec.Your Role and ActionPhase I Environmental Site AssessmentsConduct historical and regulatory researchPrepare, review,
