by phone or emailPrepare small order quotations on urgent contracting jobsPick customer orders from warehousePerform necessary product research in catalogues and onlineVerify all items are available for the customer as ordered and scheduledResponsible for building positive relationships with customers and associatesTake initiative to maintain stock of the counter area as neededOffer help and assistance in the warehouse if requiredWhat you will bring:Previous technical experience in sales or customer service in wholesale or distribution requiredLocal market knowledge with HVAC and Plumbing will be an assetGeneral computer skills including Microsoft Office required.
