Invest in your future!Ivaco Rolling Mills is looking for CERTIFIED: Industrial or Construction & Maintenance Electricians to join our maintenance departments.Applicants should have a valuable working knowledge of electronics, PLCs, troubleshooting, be familiar with power distribution, high voltage and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.ResponsibilitiesReceive instructions, drawings, diagrams, and work orders. Interprets drawings or diagrams and plan the details for the work procedure. Select tools required.Knowledgeable on the proper isolation of circuits. Plan and perform work requiring a thorough working knowledge of electrical principles and codes, wire specification, the properties of various materials and the operation and application of equipment.Locate sources of trouble of any type of electrical equipment by tracing and testing circuits and inspecting for faulty operation (troubleshooting).Dismantle and assemble, inspect, repair, adjust, or replace faulty parts and wiring on motors, generators, power distribution and control panel circuit breakers, rectifiers, electronic devices, etc.Perform work on "hot" lines as required.Replace coils, resistors, rheostats, relays, etc.Adjust contactors, relays, etc. Reconnect terminal leads, panel boards and distribution feeders.In emergencies,



make temporary or permanent repairs to minimize interruption of production.Install conduits, wires, fittings, switches, controls, and fixtures. Connect and adjust all types of electrical equipment as required for new or replacement installations.
