Parts AdvisorSmithers Toyota is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department.The Parts Advisor helps support our customers, technicians and Service Department by identifying and supplying the right parts at the right time. You will assist with parts sales, quoting, ordering, receiving and inventory while providing accurate information and skilled customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist retail customers, technicians and the Service Department with parts needsAccurately identify and locate automotive parts and accessoriesProvide pricing, availability and estimated arrival timesPrepare parts quotes and process customer ordersOrder, receive, stock and issue parts accuratelyMonitor special orders,



backorders and customer follow-upMaintain accurate inventory and organized parts storageCoordinate parts requirements with Service Advisors and techniciansProcess returns, cores and credits as requiredProvide professional and friendly customer serviceWhat We Are Looking ForStrong communication and customer service skillsOrganized with good attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentReliable, professional and team focusedComfortable using computers and learning parts and inventory systemsAutomotive or parts experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right personValid driver's license
