At Carewest, you will perform vital maintenance tasks at the Colonel Belcher facility, focusing on preventative measures and repairs across various systems.

Your experience in building maintenance will be key in upholding our care standards, collaborating closely with both internal teams and external contractors. Key Responsibilities:
Provide preventive maintenance for facility systems
Address customer maintenance requests professionally
Assist fellow maintenance staff in daily tasks
Work on HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems
Uphold best practices for resident care Requirements:
Completion of High School Diploma
At least two years building maintenance experience
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and vehicle access
Solid mechanical skills and customer service experience
