Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Expo/Host/Server to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest services, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role offers an chance to develop hospitality and food service skills in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. Previous restaurant experience and strong communication skills are highly valued.

Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservation seating arrangements
Escort guests to their tables and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service
Address guest inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience
Explicit tables and assist with maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area
Handle phone reservations and inquiries with skilled phone etiquette
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow




Assist in setting up dining areas for special events or busy periods as needed

Experience
Previous experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not required
Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant procedures is advantageous
Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service are essential
Hotel or hospitality experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
