Dilawri Automotive Group is currently seeking a Service Advisors to join our dynamic team at our following dealerships:Hyundai on Hunt Club - 390 West Hunt Club RoadThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recommending and documenting service maintenance and repairs for customers. The successful candidate will know how to receive customers in a courteous and professional manner.Essential Job Duties:Greet and welcoming of service customers and listens to their concernsWork with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairsPrepare repair orders, enter them into the database system and close the orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.Provide service recommendations to customers including estimating costsEnsure customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers standardsStrive to meet the department's repair order production standardsOther service related duties as requiredPosition Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience.
Automotive sector experience is a strong asset.Must have great customer service and listening skillsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailMust have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressureAbility to manage warranty administration would be an assetStrong computer skill and Reynolds experience is an assetS.
