They create a welcoming and informative first impression by greeting guests, providing orientation, and delivering accurate information about the museum's programs, services, exhibitions, policies, and special events.Hosts administer the museum's admission process, including operating the point-of-sale system and handling monetary transactions in accordance with established financial procedures.In their role as ambassadors for Ingenium, Hosts ensure that each visitor's experience begins positively and reflects the institution's mission and mandate. They operate the admission desks, support group check-ins, and offer general and tourist-related information to enhance the overall visitor experience. Additionally, they may assist with the safety and security of guests and staff by participating in emergency or fire safety protocols.Hosts also contribute to a smooth and enjoyable visit by assisting with other tasks that support the visitor experience team and the museum's day-to-day operations.EDUCATIONSuccessful high school diplomaCPR and First Aid (asset)EXPERIENCEExperience handling cash and financial transactions; Experience working in a front facing,
