About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Architectural Project Coordinator to support the delivery of architectural projects in Kimberley . This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of information and documentation between the design team, clients, contractors, and consultants. You will assist project managers and architects by managing project documentation, coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring that all project-related administrative tasks are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate is meticulous, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced project setting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist project architects and managers with day-to-day project tasks and coordination.
Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers,



and clients to facilitate communication and resolve queries.
Support the team in preparing tender documents and site administration tasks.

Requirements
A relevant qualification in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an architectural or construction project support role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite , and familiarity with project management software is a plus.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
