We are currently seeking the General Maintenance - Door Technician to join our team at our main processing facility in Brooks, AB.GENERAL MAINTENANCE/DOOR TECHNICIAN-BROOKS, ABYou will:R epairs, adjusts, and maintains industrial overhead doors, dock levelers, and various commercial or residential doors to ensure facility safety and security.Troubleshoot, repair, and install industrial sectional doors, rolling steel doors, and high‐speed fabric doors.Safely adjust, wind, and replace heavy‐duty counterbalance torsion springs and cables.Inspect and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and air‐powered dock levelers, vehicle restraints,



and dock seals/shelters.Execute scheduled safety inspections on high‐traffic loading docks to prevent operational downtime and ensure safety compliance.Support production supervisors, team leads and operators to reach daily targetsKeep accurate maintenance records/documentationFollow all safety procedures in accordance to company policiesWork as part of a team to ensure all targets are metYou have:Minimum 2+ years' experience in commercial/industrial constructionExperience in servicing commercial overhead doors and industrial loading dock equipment considered an assetAbility to work at heights (on ladders or scaffolding) and lift up to 75 pounds.Strong understanding of safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for motorized equipment.Mechanical or Carpenter diploma or certificate.
