Operate Excavators, Loaders, and Rock Trucks
Manage excavation, loading, and hauling tasks
Ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality
Follow site procedures and traffic plans
Communicate effectively with spotters and crews Requirements:
At least 3 years operating heavy construction equipment
Experience with mining and earthworks preferred
Valid CSTS-09, CSTS-2020, or CSO certification
Solid understanding of safety protocols
