Coordinate emergency drills and training programs hospital-wide
Serve as Fire Marshal to ensure fire safety compliance
Build robust relationships with internal and external partners
Guide staff in risk assessment and response strategies
Ensure productive communication of emergency procedures Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management or related area
Certification in IMS is essential
Preferred: CEM or AEM certification
Effective organizational and analytical skills
