We're looking for an Industrial Millwright 433a to join our team and ensure our production systems run at peak performance.About the Role:In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing electro-mechanical equipment to support production goals and maximize equipment uptime. You'll collaborate with engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and keep our manufacturing operations efficient and reliable.Shift Afternoons 4pm-12amKey Responsibilities:Maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment including drive systems, sensors, cabling, and automated production machineryCollaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers on installations and system evaluationsBuild mock-ups of production equipment and support current specificationsTroubleshoot, calibrate, and repair systems using knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, motors, and mechanicsRead and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagramsDocument technical information through reports, sketches, and calculationsPerform electrical, mechanical,
