Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Client Services Associate on behalf of our client in Markham, ON.This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients and business partners while supporting day-to-day administrative, communication, and client service activities.Pay Rate:$50,000 per year + BonusLocation:Markham, ONJob type:Permanent | Full-timeVacancy Status:This posting is for an existing vacancy.Responsibilities:Client Service & Relationship ManagementRespond to client and business partner inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channelsDeliver professional, accurate, and timely support to ensure an exceptional client experienceBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partnersTrack, manage, and follow up on inquiries to ensure prompt resolutionAdministrative & Operational SupportMaintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and service requestsCoordinate with internal teams to resolve client questions and concernsAssist with various administrative and operational activities as requiredSupport process improvement initiatives and team projectsCommunications & Content SupportPrepare, edit, and organize client-facing communications and materialsSupport the maintenance of digital content and social media platformsEnsure communications are accurate, professional,
