Lead fundraising success as the Advancement Manager with YMCA Halifax, committing to community growth through effective donor engagement and strategic campaigns. In this full time position, you’ll implement vital fundraising initiatives and enhance donor relationships across the organization. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-level donors, guiding them towards impactful community contributions.

Develop and grow a mid-level donor portfolio
Drive significant annual giving campaigns and appeals
Strengthen fundraising culture through team collaboration
Act as YMCA ambassador in the community
Create impactful donor materials for recognition and proposals Requirements:
At least three years in fundraising or donor relations
Proven track record in relationship building
Expertise in donor databases and Microsoft 365
Capable of working independently and collaboratively
