Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service while assisting with fuel and convenience store purchases
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
Conduct product demos for items such as snacks, beverages, or automotive accessories to promote upselling opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station area, including merchandising displays and shelves
Ensure safety protocols are followed during fueling operations and handle any emergencies or safety concerns promptly




Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professional phone etiquette and explicit communication skills
Manage inventory levels, restock products, and assist with merchandising to optimize sales potential

Experience
Previous retail sales experience or customer service background preferred but not required
Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and calculating sales totals
Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures is advantageous
Robust organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods
Ability to communicate fluently in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Technical sales experience or familiarity with automotive products can be beneficial but is not mandatory
Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
