You will manage the end-to-end service experience—from the first phone call to the final vehicle handover—ensuring that every customer receives clear communication and honest recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Advocacy: Respond to inquiries regarding repairs and maintenance with transparency and expertise.Service Coordination: Manage appointment bookings and work closely with the shop foreman to ensure timely vehicle turnaround.Expert Consultation: Inspect vehicles (with technician support) to explain repair processes, provide accurate cost estimates,
