Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every meal
Follow established recipes and food safety guidelines to maintain hygiene standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness of the grill station, utensils, and work area throughout your shift
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect results while preventing overcooking or undercooking
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal assembly and timely service during busy hours




Adhere to all food handling regulations and safety protocols to protect both guests and staff

Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments with a focus on grilling or food preparation
Solid knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to cook various meats, vegetables, and other grilled items efficiently and safely
Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques within the food industry setting
Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Effective communication skills to work seamlessly within a fast-paced team environment
