Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hotel setting, providing exceptional service through attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly within designated timeframes
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
Follow safety and sanitation protocols to uphold health standards
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed




Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to provide consistent guest satisfaction

Skills
Experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting moderate loads
Knowledge of industrial or hotel cleaning practices is a plus

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
