This role combines strategic oversight, team leadership, and a relentless focus on creating an elevated living experience that reflects the high standards of Morguard.Responsibilities include all aspects of general,



preventative and repair maintenance of a single complex of buildings as well as, apartment units and grounds. This role responds to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns. In addition, this role includes a variety of experienced maintenance activities including minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting to ensure service and support is provided to residents thereby promoting Morguard as the preferred landlord of choice. This role lives on the property.The Senior Building Manager also plays a key role in supervising other Building Managers. This includes, empowering performance, providing ongoing training, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
