CYGNVS is building its inaugural Business Development Representative (BDR) team in Toronto, with a Manager who will hire, coach, and scale four BDRs to reliably convert marketing and sales-sourced interest into qualified pipeline. You’ll set standards, drive targets, and partner closely with Marketing and Sales to optimize performance.

The role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, requiring hands-on leadership, a metrics-driven mindset, and willingness to travel for industry events.
